Does Goldcoaster sell directly to the public?
No. Goldcoaster is a wholesaler and distributes only to trade businesses in the retail or related industries. Retailers must provide a valid business license, and agree that purchases will be for resale purposes only. While we do not sell directly to the consumer, we are happy to direct you to a local retailer in your area.
Do you have minimum purchase requirements?
Yes. To open an account with us, we will require an opening minimum order of $500. Repeat minimums are $200, otherwise a handling fee of $10 will be applied.
What are your payment terms?
We require the first opening order to be paid by either Visa, or Mastercard, or C.O.D. Net30 days terms is available for approved accounts only, following a credit check.
How can I obtain a catalogue?
A hardcopy catalogue in binder form will be sent automatically with your opening order, in addition to access to a password protected online catalogue.
Unfortunately, access to the online catalogue is restricted to qualified retailers and/or industry personnel only.
Prior to placing an opening order, a hardcopy catalogue may be purchased for $15 plus tax and shipping costs, which will be credited to your opening order.
Can the lampshades be changed?
Yes, however there is a slight price adjustment for shade changes.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a showroom located at our head office in Scarborough, Ontario. Appointments are required ahead of time. Please call our office to arrange an appointment to visit our showroom.
Do you have sales reps in my area?
Yes, we have sales representatives by territory across Canada. Please contact us for your local representative, who will be happy to service you.
What is your shipping method, and where do you ship?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at our head office in Scarborough, Ontario. Orders may also be picked up upon request.
Our standard courier is Canpar, unless otherwise specified. Local GTA orders are shipped via a local courier. Shipment on skids can also be accommodated by request.
We currently only ship within Canada.
Do you have stock of all your items?
While we do our best to keep a running inventory, stock levels may change frequently. We cannot guarantee that orders can be fully complete at the time of shipping. We can inform you of unavailable items prior to shipping, and usually do not ship unless the order is large enough to justify your shipping costs.
How long will it take for any backordered items?
This may depend on the specific item in question, in addition to when we are receiving shipments. We will do our best to give you the most accurate estimated arrival date.
Are all your products available online?
We are constantly adding to our line and updating our catalogue. With numerous items spanning over the years, it is not possible to post every item online. We are trying to keep the website as current as possible, and therefore you should be able to find the items you are looking for. If there is a specific product you are looking for yet cannot find online, please feel free to contact us with your inquiry.
